Add New Shortcuts in Quick Access Menu of Windows 8

Microsoft has removed the start menu, start button from windows 8 and replaced it with Start Screen, but they have added a Quick Access Menu(QAM) which provides access to many useful system tools. The Hot key for QAM is Win+X. It would be great if we can add new shortcuts to that menu. In order to make it possible we need to patch the 'twinui.dll' present in C:\windows\system32 folder. The following video will show you how to add new shortcuts in Quick Access Menu.
